What We Offer

Our Services

Comprehensive mental health care tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Adult Psychiatric Evaluation

The initial comprehensive psychiatric evaluation is a detailed first visit where we take time to understand your concerns, background, and goals. We will discuss your current symptoms, mental health and medical history, family history, and important aspects of your daily life such as sleep, work or school, and relationships. This longer session allows for a thorough assessment, after which we will review possible diagnoses, answer your questions, and begin developing a personalized treatment plan together.

60 min

Child & Adolescent Evaluation

The initial comprehensive child and adolescent psychiatric evaluation is a structured process designed to understand your child's needs from multiple perspectives. Because children and teens are still developing and often express concerns differently than adults, this process requires additional care, patience, and longer sessions to ensure a thoughtful and accurate assessment. The initial evaluation can be scheduled as one session or two separate sessions. The first half will be with the child and the second half will be with the parent(s) or caregiver(s).

The evaluation is aimed at reviewing concerns, prior history, and clinical findings to outline a personalized treatment plan that addresses clinical diagnoses and treatment goals.

1 session (120 min) or 2 sessions (60 min each)

School Support

We provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing collaboration with families and schools to support academic success, including guidance and documentation for Individualized Education Program (IEP), 504 plans, and accommodations tailored to each student's emotional and cognitive needs.

Medication Management

Medication management is a collaborative and personalized process focused on optimizing your mental health while supporting your overall well-being. Rather than simply prescribing medication, these visits are an opportunity to work closely together to understand how you are feeling, how treatments are affecting you, and how your mental health fits into the broader context of your life. During each session, we will thoughtfully review your symptoms, response to medication, lifestyle factors, and any side effects, making careful adjustments as needed.

Genetic Testing

Pharmacogenetic testing is part of a personalized approach to treatment, using insights from your genetic profile to better understand how you may metabolize and respond to different psychiatric medications. This information can help guide more precise medication selection, reduce the trial-and-error process, and minimize the risk of side effects. Integrated thoughtfully into a comprehensive clinical evaluation, genetic testing serves as one component of a tailored treatment plan designed to improve both effectiveness and tolerability.

Therapy

Therapy is a collaborative and personalized process designed to support meaningful, lasting change while enhancing your overall well-being. These sessions provide a private, thoughtful space where we work together to better understand your experiences, relationships, and patterns, and how they impact your mental health and daily life. Through ongoing conversations, we will explore challenges, develop insight, and build practical strategies to help you navigate stress, improve relationships, and foster resilience. The goal is not only symptom relief, but a deeper sense of clarity, balance, and fulfillment.

Deprescribing Support

Carefully evaluating the ongoing need, benefits, and risks of each medication while developing a gradual, well-monitored tapering plan when appropriate. This process is collaborative and paced to prioritize stability, minimize withdrawal effects, and ensure that any changes are aligned with your overall treatment goals and well-being.

Nutritional Psychiatry

Explore how diet, gut health, and key nutrient patterns influence mood, cognition, and overall mental well-being (gut-brain axis). This includes thoughtful guidance on the use of targeted supplements when appropriate, alongside individualized, evidence-informed recommendations that complement traditional treatments and support a more integrated approach to optimizing brain health.

Second Opinion Consultation

These evaluations provide a thoughtful, independent review of prior diagnoses and treatment plans, integrating your history, current symptoms, and any previous assessments to clarify the clinical picture and explore alternative approaches. The goal is to offer a nuanced perspective that helps you feel more confident in your care, whether by affirming an existing plan or identifying opportunities for refinement and optimization.

Special Populations Care

Specialized focus on providing affirming, culturally competent psychiatric care with a deep respect for differing gender identities, self-perceptions, and intrapersonal characteristics. Treatment is grounded in an understanding of how identity, values, and lived experiences shape mental health, with a focus on creating a respectful, collaborative space for healing.
